We are a steel sand casting foundry based in china, our melting furnace includes Electric Arc Furnaces(EAF) and Argon Oxygen Decarburization furnace(AOD), 6 meters diameter Quench tank which include the high-speed agitation system to improve the casting mechanical property(Charpy test and tensile result), except the advanced equipment, we have an experienced engineering team to support our castings, with the professional technical support Walkson success to earn a lot of customers from all over the world, help us to win-win together with our customers.

At present, our machining shop has more than 50 kinds of processing equipment, including more than 8 high-precision equipment such as machining center, 10 CNC lathes, 4 large-scale imported CNC vertical lathes, 6 CNC precision internal and external grinding machines, 12 imported CNC slow moving wire cutting machines, as well as several horizontal boring machines and large saddle cars Bed and other professional processing equipment.

Hardfacing

Hardfacing

For heavy load applications, the tungsten carbide is 60-70 wt % and the balance is NiB matrix. The particle size of prime carbide is in the range of 60-325 mesh (44-250 micron) with hardness HV 2700-2900. The bulk hardness of NiB matrix is HRC 45-55.
